With 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Janice Ward brings a deep understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and operations to her role. She began her career as a loan officer assistant, gained underwriting expertise, and went on to serve as a Director of Processing—managing multiple branches and teams.

Now focused on processing for our company, Janice combines her leadership background with a hands-on approach. She is known for being personable and relentless in finding ways to fund every deal, always striving to provide customers with the best and least stressful mortgage experience possible.

Janice is also passionate about growth—both in helping borrowers achieve their goals and supporting the development of her colleagues.
